Made to order
Every Monani piece is printed after you order it, so there is a short production window before anything ships. Production usually takes 2 to 5 business days.
Where we ship
We ship to the United States, Australia, and the GCC (United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman). If your country does not appear at checkout, email info@monani.shop and we will let you know whether we can get it to you.
Delivery times
Once your order leaves production, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days within the United States and 5 to 10 business days to Australia and the GCC. These are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier delays, customs and public holidays can add time.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Any free shipping threshold that applies to your order will be shown there before you pay.
Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. If tracking has not moved for more than 7 business days, email info@monani.shop with your order number.
Customs and duties
Orders shipped internationally may attract customs duties or import taxes. These are set by your local authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your shipping address before confirming your order. We cannot reroute a parcel once it has shipped, and an order returned to us because of an incorrect address may incur a reshipping cost.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, email info@monani.shop within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right. Our Refund Policy has the full detail.
