Refund policy

Returns

Every Monani tee is made to order, which means we print each one after you place it. For that reason we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, for a size you picked yourself, or for a design you decided against. Please check the size guide on the product page before ordering.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it or refund it in full. Email info@monani.shop within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and the packaging, and we will sort it out. You do not need to send a faulty item back unless we ask you to.

Refunds

Once a claim is approved we will send a replacement or refund you to your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 10 business days of approval, although your bank or card issuer can take longer to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and nothing has arrived, email info@monani.shop.

Changes and cancellations

Because production starts quickly, an order can only be changed or cancelled before it goes into production. Email info@monani.shop with your order number as soon as you can and we will do what we can.

Non-returnable items

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.
