Monani makes tees for people who grew up between two places.

The jokes your parents made at the dinner table. The sayings that only land if you already know. Bukra bil mishmish. Khalas. Ah ya donya. Things that are funny and a little bit sad at the same time, which is usually the point.

Every design starts as something someone actually said. We put it on a tee, in Arabic and in English, and we do not water it down so it travels better.

What we make

Heavyweight cotton tees and ringers. Some prints are meant to be read across a room. Others are meant to be noticed only by the people who would get it.
