Where do you ship to?

We ship to the United States, Australia and the GCC (United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman). If your country does not come up at checkout, email info@monani.shop and we will tell you whether we can reach you.

How long will my order take?

Order processing takes 2 to 5 business days, then delivery is usually 3 to 7 business days within the United States and 5 to 10 business days to Australia and the GCC.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Any free shipping threshold that applies to your order is shown there before you pay.

Can I return or exchange an item?

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or for a size you chose yourself. Please use the size guide on the product page before you order.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?

We will replace it or refund it in full. Email info@monani.shop within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and the packaging.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Only before it goes into production, which happens quickly. Email info@monani.shop with your order number as soon as you can and we will do what we can.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. If tracking has not moved for more than 7 business days, email info@monani.shop.
